RESPONSIBILITY FORUM will be held on July 4 in Banja Luka

The Human Rights House Banja Luka and the Center for Governance Studies Banja Luka invite you to the event RESPONSIBILITY FORUM – Open Dialogue on Quality Management, Citizen Participation and Local Responsibility which will be held on July 4 in Banja Luka, starting at 10 am, at Hotel Vidović, Street Ivana Franje Jukića 11.

The forum is designed as a space for opening a public dialogue on improving the responsibility of local authorities, involving citizens in decision-making processes and increasing the quality of public services in Banja Luka.

Within the Forum, the following will be presented:

• Analysis of the management of the quality system in the City of Banja Luka, with a focus on challenges and recommendations for a more effective response to citizens.

• Prototype of the My City Banja Luka digital platform, an innovative tool for better communication and feedback between citizens and the City Administration.

Forum lecturers: Tijana Grujić – Initiative “For Plan”, Marko Vujić – TI BiH and Aleksandar Draganić – EDA.

Moderator: Aleksandar Jokić, lawyer.

After the presentations, there will be a panel discussion with stakeholders from civil society, media, civic initiatives and city administration, with the aim of exchanging opinions and formulating concrete recommendations for further action.
