REVUE OF FILMS ON HUMAN RIGHTS IN BANJA LUKA: Competition for submitting films until November 10

As part of the “Srđan Aleksić Days”, which will be held from December 9 to 10, 2024, a one-day revue of short documentaries on human rights will be organized for the second year in a row.

The revue of documentaries that will open the “Srđan Aleksić Days” event on December 9, 2024, is organized by the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banja Luka and the Human Rights House Banja Luka, a platform for strengthening associated civil society organizations and their influence on the state of human rights in the country and the region.

On this occasion, we invite civil society organizations, film workers, as well as all other creative people to apply and send their film.

Conditions:

– Theme of the film: human rights

– Duration of the film: up to 30 minutes

– The film must have been shot in the last two years in the territory of the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

The aim of the revue is to raise awareness of the threat to human rights and to show several different stories with this topic.
